OwlProxy Refund Agreement
Effective Date: May 30, 2025
I. Description of Service Nature
OwlProxy provides users with subscription-based online service products, including but not limited to: IP proxy service, network request acceleration service, API call capability, etc. Once the service is activated, the system will allocate resources and schedule nodes, which is an immediately available digital content delivery product.
II. Refund Policy
In order to ensure service quality and reasonable use of resources, our refund policy is as follows:
1. A full refund can be applied for in the following cases:
No proxy traffic is used within 24 hours after payment;
Due to the platform's own failure, the user cannot use the core functions normally for more than 24 hours;
The system mistakenly deducts or deducts repeatedly, which are verified by the platform.
2. No refund will be given in the following cases:
Subscription orders that have generated traffic usage;
Users cannot use the subscription due to their own operational problems (such as configuration errors, network problems, etc.);
Accounts that violate the User Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy have been suspended or banned;
Accounts or resources purchased through unofficial channels;
3. Other instructions:
All refund applications should be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment;
The review period is 3-5 working days, and the funds will be returned to the wallet within 7 working days after the review is passed;
Special discount activities or free traffic do not support refunds;
Annual payment packages can be used on a quarterly basis and the remaining amount will be refunded (if there is no violation);
III. Refund application method
Users can submit refund applications in the following ways:

When submitting a refund application, you must attach the order number, registered email address and reason.
IV. Refund instructions and channels
The refund will be returned to the wallet, and the platform does not accept refunds in cash or transfer.
V. User responsibility statement
Users should fully understand the service content and usage before purchasing. If losses are caused by misunderstanding of service functions, the platform does not assume the resulting refund obligations.
VI. Right of Modification and Interpretation
OwlProxy has the right to modify this refund agreement and publicize it in advance according to business development and legal and regulatory requirements. The final right of interpretation belongs to this platform.
