Welcome to use our (i.e., OwlProxy service provider, referred to as "we") products and services. This service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") applies to the various products and services provided to you by OwlProxy service provider in the form of websites, clients, and new forms that emerge with the development of technology. The content of this agreement also includes the relevant agreements, business rules, etc. regarding this service that OwlProxy may publish from time to time. Once the above content is officially released, it will become an integral part of this agreement, and OwlProxy shall also comply with it. Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, especially the terms that exempt or limit relevant liabilities, and choose to accept or not accept them. Restrictions and disclaimers may be in boldface to remind you. Unless you read and accept all the terms of this agreement, please do not download, install or use this software and related services. Your actions of clicking to agree, downloading, installing, using, logging in, etc. are deemed to be that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. You legally agree that these terms are binding rules ("Terms"). You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Verification Policy, and agree that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws. Our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and other policies form part of this Agreement. We may change these Terms from time to time. If we do so, we will notify you of any significant changes by posting on the website or sending you an email. The new version of these Terms will not apply retroactively, and we will tell you the exact effective date of the new version of the Terms and will list it at the top of this Agreement when it is published. If you continue to use OwlProxy software and services after the changes, you accept the new terms. We reserve any and all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including but not limited to any and all rights in the system. Violation of any terms of this Agreement will result in the termination of your account. You agree to use OwlProxy software and services at your own risk. If you have signed an agreement with us related to this service (hereinafter referred to as the "offline agreement") before or after signing and accepting this agreement and the offline agreement is still valid, if there is a conflict between the offline agreement and this agreement, the offline agreement shall prevail; if the offline agreement does not involve any content, the agreement shall prevail.
1. Account Registration
To register an OwlProxy account, you must be at least 18 years old, and you will be responsible for your account and all activities on the account. This service account is for your own use only. You may not sell or exchange this service account for any interests, nor may you lend, sublease, or resell this service account to others. If OwlProxy finds that someone else has impersonated or misappropriated OwlProxy's account and password, or any other situation without OwlProxy's legal authorization, it shall immediately notify AdsMagics in an effective manner (including but not limited to providing OwlProxy's identity information and related identity information, relevant facts and OwlProxy's requirements, etc.).
You may not use OwlProxy software and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the software in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws) or any other applicable laws. You will need to register to use OwlProxy, select an account name and set a password. Your information will be collected and disclosed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. All users must provide true and accurate information when registering for our website or services. Do not use invalid or other people's email addresses.
We reserve the right to verify all user information and reject any user. You are responsible for all activities in your account and will keep your password confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. OwlProxy is not responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of someone using your password or account with or without your knowledge. If you discover that someone has used your account without your permission, please report it to support@OwlProxy.com. You may not use the OwlProxy software and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the software in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws) or any other applicable laws. You agree that OwlProxy may send you advertising, promotional or publicity information (including commercial and non-commercial information) by itself or through third-party advertisers in the process of providing services through SMS, email or electronic information. You agree that you should carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertising information that appears in the OwlProxy service. Unless otherwise specified by law, you are responsible for transactions based on the advertising information.
2. Prohibited Behavior
You shall comply with any applicable laws and regulations and shall not use OwlProxy services and accounts to conduct, including but not limited to, the following conduct, nor facilitate the following conduct:
● (1) endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, or damaging national honor and interests;
● (2) promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
● (3) spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
● (4) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, harassment, vulgarity, or abetting crimes;
● (5) insulting or slandering others, infringing on others’ legitimate rights and interests;
● (6) infringing on others’ intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights;
● (7) using this software to fabricate facts, conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others;
● (8) engaging in illegal Internet activities such as gambling and betting games;
● (9) deleting or changing all rights management electronic information on this software;
● (10) Deliberately circumvent or destroy the technical measures taken by the copyright owner to protect the copyright of this software;
● (11) Violate national regulations and delete, modify, add or interfere with the functions of computer information systems, causing the computer information system to fail to operate normally;
● (12) Enter computer information networks or use computer information network resources without permission;
● (13) Delete, modify or add computer information network functions without permission;
● (14) Delete, modify or add data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
● (15) Disrupt the normal operation of this software system or website and deliberately spread computer viruses and other destructive programs;
● (16) Resell OwlProxy products or sub-users under the management user authorized by Party B in any way;
● (17) Any other acts that endanger the security of computer information networks.
● (18) Other acts that violate public order and good morals or are prohibited by laws and regulations. You promise that you will not use any type of software or equipment (whether manual or automatic) to "crawl" or "spider" any part of OwlProxy, nor disassemble or reverse engineer any content of OwlProxy. You understand and agree that if you implement any prohibited behavior of this Agreement, or use OwlProxy software and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or otherwise violate this Agreement, OwlProxy has the right to punish the violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law and regulations, and save relevant information and report to the relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations, etc. You shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claims, demands or losses claimed by third parties caused or generated by your violation of the provisions of this Agreement or relevant service terms; you shall also compensate OwlProxy for any losses suffered as a result of this. If OwlProxy has assumed relevant responsibilities in advance due to an effective judgment, ruling, etc., OwlProxy has the right to recover the full amount from you.
3. Fee Terms
Please visit our payment policy page to learn about the prices and latest offers for all our services. Some features of OwlProxy are free, and some features can only be used for a fee. If you agree to our payment policy and order the relevant features, you commit to paying for the relevant features. The prices of all services (including but not limited to the monthly subscription plan fees for the software) are subject to change. Price changes will be posted to the software platform
You should choose the specific items in this service according to your own needs. Once your choice is made, it will be binding on you. This service may include paid services and free services, which are subject to the information published by OwlProxy.
The use of free services may require certain conditions, and the specific conditions are subject to the conditions published on the official website of this service. For free services, OwlProxy has the right to unilaterally change the time of collection of free services, specific service content, service period and service standards according to actual conditions. You have no objection to this and accept the aforementioned changes. For this reason, OwlProxy does not need to bear any responsibility to you.
We reserve the right to change or terminate this service (or any part thereof) at any time or from time to time. OwlProxy shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or termination of this service.
4. Refund Policy
This Agreement will take effect from the date you accept these Terms of Use and will be valid for a long period of time until terminated by either party. OwlProxy has the right to suspend or terminate your account or service at any time for any reason, which may result in your account being deactivated or deleted, or your access to your account being restricted, and all content in your account being deleted or cleared, and OwlProxy will not be liable for any compensation. OwlProxy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
5. Termination of Agreement
You can contact us at any time through the official customer service or by email at OwlProxy@gmail.com. Please note that upon termination of your account, access to certain parts of our website or service may be immediately prohibited. We have the right to terminate this Agreement with you if:
● 1. You violate any applicable laws when using our website or service;
● 2. You violate the terms of this Agreement or the website or service;
● 3. We believe that any of your actions are legally harmful to our business interests.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, graphics, images, logos, buttons, icons, interfaces, audio and video, and all permutations of the above, on the OwlProxy website or products are the exclusive property of OwlProxy or its respective content providers and are protected by applicable copyright laws. All software used on the website is the property of OwlProxy or its respective software providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws and other relevant laws and treaties. Website users shall not send/upload any content to the website that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names (collectively, "Marks") used on the OwlProxy website or products are exclusive to OwlProxy. Any suggestions, information, ideas or feedback you provide to us regarding any OwlProxy software or service, including but not limited to the reporting of any errors you discover while using the software or related services (collectively, "Feedback"), will become the property of the Company. You agree to assign all rights in the Feedback, including but not limited to title and interest and related intellectual property rights, to OwlProxy worldwide without compensation, and agree to assist us in perfecting and exercising those rights.
8. Disclaimer
We recommend that you frequently back up your data. You should always be responsible for mitigating losses. This software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed or intended for use in any hazardous environment where safe performance or operation is required. OwlProxy does not warrant that the website or product containing the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the website or service or the server that hosts it will be free of any harmful components. OwlProxy makes no representations or warranties that the services provided are accurate, complete or useful. OwlProxy does not warrant that your use of the website or service is legal in any particular jurisdiction, and we specifically disclaim any such warranties.
We will not intervene in disputes between users or between users and any third party regarding the use of the Service. When you use the Service, you promise that OwlProxy will be free from any claims and demands (whether known or unknown, suspected or unexpected, disclosed or undisclosed) related to such disputes and the Service.
